Nuketown holds a special place in the Black Ops series. It has been a fan favorite ever since it was first introduced back in Black Ops 1. Since that game, revised versions of the map have been introduced in the rest of the Black Ops installments.
Following tradition, Nuketown is returning in Black Ops Cold War with a new theme, set in 1984 as is everything else in Black Ops Cold War, but with a very similar base layout to the previous Nuketown versions.
The map is due to release on November 24, 2020, but apparently, some players could play the map ahead of its release date and even perform the new Nuketown '84 easter egg. Players also received a free Nuketown bundle to celebrate the return of Nuketown.
All the previous iterations of Nuketown were released with a hidden easter egg, and this Nuketown's easter egg has been solved even before it was released for everyone. The easter egg changes your screen into a retro-arcade 1980s filter. You can check out the Reddit video below.
