Type-100 Fastest Movement & TTK Class Setup

The Type-100 is one of the most underrated and overlooked SMGs in Warzone. Everyone is either using the MP-40 or the Owen Gun. If not those two, it always comes down to the trusty Welgun. However, the Type-100 not only kills fast but allows you to strafe at unbelievable speeds while still being able to maintain control of the gun.

This was brought to light by the movement king himself - JoeWo. JoeWo is a Call of Duty content creator on Youtube and is known for his aggressive Warzone gameplay. He is best known for his exceptional movement in-game. And if the movement king himself has vouched for this setup, it can’t go wrong.

TrueGameData was the first to mention the TTK and insane numbers this SMG holds. The Type-100 used to have a lot of visual recoil before Season 3’s major weapon balancing update. However, after the update, the weapon is now more than viable for BR.

The only downside of this class is the size of the mag. You will run out of ammo pretty quickly due to its fast firing rate. Thanks to its high damage output, this is somewhat countered, but only if you’re hitting all your shots.

TOP GAMEPLAY HIGHLIGHTS

When we are talking about hitting all your shots, this is assuming you’re playing either trios or quads. In duos or solos, the class setup is extremely forgiving. It is probably the fastest TTK SMG in the game right now. This weapon is best used in close to mid-range engagements.

Here’s the recommended class setup for fast TTK and movement speeds.

  • Muzzle: Recoil Booster
  • Barrel: Sakura 196mm Light
  • Underbarrel: SG98 Compact
  • Optic: Slate Reflector
  • Magazine: .30 Russian Short 36 Round Magazine
  • Ammunition: Lengthened
  • Rear Grip: Polymer Grip
  • Stock: Warubachi Grip Folding
  • Perk 1: Acrobatic
  • Perk 2: Quick

The Recoil Booster gives a higher rate of fire, and the Sakura 196mm Light barrel provides a number of movement buffs. The barrel provides increased ADS speed, aim walking movement speed, and sprint to fire speed.

For Optic, you can choose whatever you prefer. But, the weapon is intended to be used in close to mid-range engagements. Therefore, it would be best to choose an Optic that does not zoom in. The best Optic for this weapon and any weapon used at mid-range is the Slate Reflector.

The SG98 Compact underbarrel provides even more aim walking movement speed for better strafing. The .30 Russian Short 36 Round Magazine is amazing. It provides increased damage range, damage, bullet penetration, and bullet velocity. It does penalize your recoil control and some movement speed, but it is not a lot considering other attachments make up for it. The bullet velocity is further increased thanks to the Lengthened ammunition.

When you’re shooting enemies, they will shoot back, and to make sure you land all your shots, you need minimal flinch. This is where the Polymer Grip comes in. Remember, this weapon is forgiving in duos and solos. But, when it comes to trios and quads, you need to land the maximum bullets you can. You have a very small mag size. Polymer Grip also helps with overall accuracy and recoil during sustained firing.

Speaking of sustained firing, the Warubachi Grip Folding stock helps with initial firing recoil. IT also provides better aim walking movement speed and aim walking steadiness. This means you won’t experience a lot of swaying and recoil issues when shooting while strafing left or right.

The first perk is Acrobatic for obvious reasons when it comes to class perks. It provides greater movement speed and sprint movement speed. And the second perk, Quick, also provides better sprint speed.
