Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will reportedly get premium DLC next year

It's been said before that Activision Blizzard and Infinity Ward will continue supporting Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 well into its second year.

However, the game's second-year content lineup has been subject to much speculation as Activision Blizzard continue to remain silent about its plans.

But, if we believe the recent leaks, the paid DLC for Modern Warfare 2's second year on the market will consist of classic Call of Duty maps.

Multiple sources claim that the "premium DLC" will be a "greatest hits" compilation of the best maps from the long-running franchise.

It's still unclear how much the paid DLC will sell for and what else is concluded.

Multiple reports corroborate that the remastered maps are a huge part of the package.

We'll find out more about the future of Modern Warfare 2 as soon as it comes out on the 28th followed by Warzone 2 on November 16.
